Do You Provide Envelopes, Stamps, Escort Card, Etc
Client will provide all paper goods (and non paper materials) plus 15% more because ink spills and errors do occur. clients will be responsible for mailing their envelopes to their guests.
HOW DO I GET MY MATERIALS TO YOU?
I will coordinate with you for drop-offs/pickups if you are in the Tampa Fl area. otherwise i will provide a shipping address.
SUBMITTING EXAMPLES OF WORK
Have an example of a project you’d like me to do for you? Yay! I will gladly use your example as a reference for what we will create together, however, I will not copy another artist’s exact work. My hope is that you’re coming to me because you admire my style of calligraphy.
HOW DO I SUBMIT GUEST LISTS/ADDRESSES TO YOU?
I ask that Clients please use the GOOGLE SHEET templates I provide in order to submit your guest lists or addresses. Please ensure all files are PROOFREAD AND FINAL before submitting. Any typos/errors made by the Client may result in additional costs in order to correct.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS
Due to the custom nature of calligraphy, Count It All Creations does not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns of any kind.
Important Stuff
-Booking Fee, 50% non refundable deposit
-Any order placed 2 weeks will be incur a rush fee of 50% of the project's total cost.
-Any order placed 1 week will be incur a rush fee of 100% of the project's total cost. Final Payment must be made 1 week prior to project due date/ completion, which ever is sooner.
-Count It All Creations requires a Minimum Order of $500 for personal projects, and $1000 for corporate projects.
LICENSING
As the artist, I remain the sole owner of all artistic rights. Commissioned art is for personal use only.
